Below you’ll find our simple and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.


📅 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within:

15 days from the date your order is delivered.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.


📦 Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging (jewelry box, card, and protective pouch)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Items worn or damaged after delivery

  • Final-sale items (if applicable in the future)


🔁 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your jewelry for another model or color, please contact us.
We’ll help you find the perfect replacement.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds typically appear in 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged,

  • The wrong item was shipped, or

  • There was an error on our side.

If the issue is our fault, we will provide a free prepaid return label.

❗ Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact us immediately.
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
